Location is great.

Location is great. Lots of things to see just a short walk away. Loved wondering the beautiful streets of Puebla.

Hostel has an amazing rooftop but seems to close at 11, with a group of friends it didn't have much space to hang out. Beds were a bit firm.

Staff were kind,located was convenient ! Room was good!

I ate breakfast, mug cups and dishes were little dirty.I A sponge was not identified as the detergent.

No window or ventilation in the room, the bathroom was very small couldn't take shower property, and the breakfast was very simple, so the price was a little high for what was offered

Nice stay

Facilities are good. Location just outside zocalo. Security good. Just not that much atmosphere but i think that goed for everything in Puebla.

Lockers are outside the room. Breakfast a bit late.

What would you highlight about Gente de Más Hostel

I loved Hostal Gente de Más

The hostal has great location from the Zócalo (the center of Puebla). It is super nice. If you're interested in staying in an old-like building, that's the one. It's decorated with paintings or morals on the walls and it looks amazing. The staff is really friendly. Bed was comfortable. In general, I liked it a lot. I met new and nice people. I'd definitely stay again and recommend someone to stay.

The first day there was no hot water but its probably because it was late at noon. Also, the cortain in the bathroom (room 18) was not long enough to cover the water from the shower so the rest of the bathroom would flood a little. However, the girl in charge of cleaning helped me with this issue. It's only to buy a new one that's longer.

The location is good, the commun areas are really nice...

The location is good, the commun areas are really nice (rooftop terrace and sofa's next to the kitchen)

The bathroom of the private room was really small and not very clean. When we asked, the staff didn't know much about the region, possibilities of where to travel next,... They were very friendly but couldn't help us with these things

Great hostel close to the square!

Great hostel in a really good location. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast although basic is still good! The cleaner was really nice and there is only one and she was very trust worthy and friendly! We even gave her some chocolate bars from Australia for her family! Our room was big and spacious! The rooftop terrace is also a great place to relax!

Our bathroom wasn't the greatest but it was fine.

The location and the graffiti all over the walls

my boyfriend and I arrived at your facility excited about our stay. Unfortunately, our excitement was cut short when we entered the room we were assigned. Hugo (who was very nice and gave us good information) showed us to room 16, just next to the stairs taking up to the terrace. Here is where the problems started arising: - the bathroom was so small that we had to sit on the toilet sideways, because there wasn’t enough room for our legs between the toilet and the wall - using the shower meant flooding the bathroom entirely and the room partially - there was no cold water in the shower. The hot water took a few minutes to arrive, my boyfriend showered and he suggested I showered right after him, while the water was nice and warm. Little did he know that the water would become burning hot in a matter of seconds. When I turned the cold water handle, I found out that no water was coming out at all. So, it was either a burning hot shower or no shower at all. I was already wet and soapy, so I had to go for the burning hot option. Not fun. - After a long day of travelling, we wanted to take a little nap before going for dinner. When we moved the blanket to get into the bed, we found the sheets covered in long, black hair. Not our hair. It seemed clear to me that the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest had left. - There was one socket in the room that was placed in a normal location. It was next to the sink in the bathroom, but the holes were so large that our Mexican adaptors couldn’t stay in place. As I was using my hairdryer, my boyfriend had to stand in the tiny bathroom holding the plug in place. This was the only way that socket could be used. There were 2 other sockets at about 2 meters height next to the TV and again, the holes on both of them were too large to hold a plug in place. - pieces of ceiling were literally falling off the roof and onto our clothes that we left on the chair in the corner of the room - The bed was literally broken.

What would you highlight about Gente de Más Hostel

Thank you for having a good place to offer to tourists.

The breakfast was good and healthy; the location excellent easy to get any where either walking or using public transportation. I would definitely recommend it and come back any time soon.

There was nothing that I wouldn't like; It is a great place and the price is affordable. The decoration and paintings are amazing. Really loved that place.

Great location and lovely hostel! My favourite place to stay in Puebla!

Wonderful location, very close to the zocalo, and to all the interesting places in the historic center. The house is full of cool and beautiful murals and the staff is very kind. I have been there twice in the last month and would absolutely go back. All the staff members were pretty kind but Fernando was especially caring and nice.

I liked everything, the only thing that I think can be improved is the breakfast. The time for breakfast is very short (8am to 10am) and when I went for mine, before 10am, the coffee was already finished.
